Sales Account Representatives

Paradigm Direct is seeking Account Representatives for Inside Sales.  Paradigm is currently partnered with several top-tier broker-dealers and insurance companies.  All prospects come from national advertising campaigns including airings on CNBC, MSNBC and Fox Business.  Our average Account Representative earns commissions of $80,000 and the top Reps earn commissions in excess of $150,000 annually.  No cold contacts required, full benefits package including Insurance, 401K, and paid leave based on commission average. • Bachelor Degree or 2 years of college and sales experience
• Must work well in a team based environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills a must
• Excellent work ethic required with a drive for continuous improvement
• Must maintain strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, adapt, and thrive in a fast pace environment
• Must possess superior people skills with the ability to create and maintain effective relationships with potential clients
