During the summer months Kyle can be found in the front row at Kauffman Stadium consuming a nacho helmet, holding a banner and praying he will be on TV. At the ripe age of 40 he claims he can still play centerfield in the majors and can throw a baseball over the mountains like Uncle Rico from the movie Napoleon Dynamite, which is quite an accomplishment considering he lives in Missouri. The rest of his time is spent perfecting the selfie and seeing how many likes he can get on Facebook. His record is 604.
In the office, Kyle continues his social media journey. The only difference is he is branding the company, rather than himself. He also finds himself building the occasional website. If you look around the Paradigm website you will see Kyle’s thumbprint on every page.
Kyle has spent many years volunteering his time to the town he grew up in. Coaching various youth sports and acting as President of his local town’s parks and recreation department are just a couple of the things he has done to give back. Although there is not a playground set or local park named in his honor for his time served in his community, Kyle is proud to say he was voted Time Magazine Person of the Year in 2006. Look it up!
Paradigm in the Community
Our goals are to help you succeed as an individual, but we don’t stop there. Our communities are just as important. A community is a group of people who unite for a common interest or struggle, many times with the same story. We want to be part of their success as well. Check out of a few organizations that we hold dear to our hearts.
